How Weight Units Work

Importier uses a master weight unit set in Settings. All conversions go through grams as an intermediate step.

Changing the Weight Unit

Changing the unit on the Enrichment step immediately converts ALL weights (product and variant level).

Common Issues

• Weights seem wrong: Check that the original unit was detected correctly.
• Weight is zero: Use the Enrichment step to have AI estimate typical weights.
