Does Importier modify my existing products?
No. The standard import flow only creates new products. "Fix Missing Descriptions" and "Add FAQs" require explicit confirmation.
Can I undo an import?
Yes. Go to the Confirm step, scroll to Import History, and click Undo Import.
What happens to my product titles?
Titles are kept exactly as they appear in your CSV or PDF. The AI does not modify titles during description generation.
Can I use Importier with multiple Shopify stores?
Yes. Install on each store separately. Use Export/Import Settings to copy configurations between stores.
Do I need separate AI accounts or API keys?
No. All 25 AI models are included in your plan, subject to your plan tier. No separate OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google accounts required. No per-token credits or usage caps.
What file formats are supported?
CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx, .xls), TSV (.tsv), and PDF invoices (.pdf).
How do I contact support?
Submit a ticket at app.importier.app/support. The Feature Requests board is only for requesting and voting on new features, not for support.
Does the AI ever make things up?
Importier is instructed to leave a field blank rather than invent data, so you never get fabricated specifications. If a value cannot be found in your product data or other trusted sources, the field stays empty for you to fill in.
