Install Importier from the Shopify App Store
Importier is installed directly from the Shopify App Store. No external accounts, API keys, or third-party sign-ups are required.
Finding and installing the app
- Visit apps.shopify.com/importier or search for "Importier" in the Shopify App Store from your Shopify admin.
- Click Install (or Add app, depending on your Shopify admin version).
- Shopify displays the permissions Importier requires. Review them and click Install to approve.
- You are redirected to the Importier embedded app inside your Shopify admin. No separate browser tab or external website is needed.
What happens after installation
When you first open Importier, the following are set up automatically:
- Explore plan (free) - you are auto-subscribed to the Explore plan, which includes 10 free product imports per month. No credit card is required.
- Dashboard - the main screen shows a quick-action row with shortcuts to Import Products, Fix Missing Descriptions, Add FAQs, and Title Generator. A 3-step checklist guides you through configuring your AI settings, installing Industry Packs, and running your first import.
Plan tiers
Importier offers five pricing tiers, all billed through Shopify so you never need to enter payment details outside your Shopify account:
- Explore - free, 10 products per month.
- Starter - $9/month, 50 products per month.
- Growth - $29/month, 200 products per month.
- Scale - $99/month, 1,000 products per month.
- Enterprise - $499/month, 5,000+ products per month.
Annual billing is available at a discount on all paid plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Pricing Plans screen inside the app. For a full comparison of features by plan, see Pricing Plans.
Uninstalling Importier
If you need to remove the app, go to your Shopify admin under Settings > Apps and sales channels, find Importier in the list, and click Uninstall. Uninstalling cancels your subscription immediately. Products that were already imported to Shopify are not affected by uninstalling the app.
