Quick Start Guide

Get your first products imported to Shopify in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Configure Your AI Settings

Go to Settings from the sidebar. Choose your AI model, expert persona, description style, tone, and formatting preferences. Save a preset so you can reuse it for future imports.

Step 2: Install Industry Packs (Optional)

If you want Shopify to display category-specific attributes like Color, Material, or Size on your products, scroll to Industry Packs in Settings and install the packs that match your product categories. This is a one-time setup.

Step 3: Import Products

Click Import Products from the sidebar. Upload a CSV, Excel file, or PDF supplier invoice.

Step 4: Map Your Columns

Importier auto-detects common column headers and maps them to Shopify fields. Review the mapping and adjust any columns that were not auto-detected. Always map at least Title and Variant SKU.

Step 5: Walk Through the Import Flow

The import wizard guides you through up to 12 steps. You can skip any step that does not apply.

Step 6: Generate Descriptions

Select your saved preset and click Generate Descriptions.

Step 7: Review and Import

Use the full-screen bulk editor to review every product field. Click Import to Shopify.

Step 8: Download Your Import Report

After import completes, click Download Import Report to get an XLSX or CSV file with the results.
