Exporting Product Data

Export product data as a Shopify-compatible CSV at multiple points during the import flow.

When You Can Export

  • Description step - after generating AI descriptions.
  • Review step - final data as it will be imported, now including the Theme Template column and any Specification columns you set up. A re-import of the exported file carries those choices across.
  • After import - XLSX/CSV results report.

Export Presets

Eight presets are available so you can export only what you need:

  • Full Shopify CSV - everything required for a Shopify product re-import.
  • Descriptions Only - title, handle and description for quick copy review.
  • Inventory and Stock - SKU, barcode, location and quantity columns.
  • SEO Audit - SEO titles, meta descriptions and URLs.
  • Pricing and Margins - cost, price, compare-at and computed margin.
  • Images - main image and gallery URLs per product.
  • Metafields - category and custom metafields, plus the new Specification columns.
  • Tags and Collections - tag list and collection memberships.

Exported files use UTF-8 encoding so they re-import cleanly.
